KATHMANDU: The Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081, along with the accompanying message from the National Assembly, was tabled in the House of Representatives (HoR) today. Secretary of the House, Sharkaraj Rai, presented the bill during the meeting.

Likewise, MP Ramhari Khatiwada has been nominated to the Parliamentary Hearing Committee under the Joint Committee. The House also accepted the proposal for his appointment presented by Deputy Speaker Indira Rana Magar, who is currently acting as Speaker.
