No fee for registering and renewing women-owned businesses



KATHMANDU: The government has announced that there will be no fee for registering and renewing industries and businesses in the name of women.

Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel made this announcement while presenting the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2025/26 in both houses of the federal parliament.

This move aims to encourage women entrepreneurship by removing financial barriers and promoting greater participation of women in the business sector.
