KATHMANDU: The weather across Nepal remains varied, with partly cloudy conditions in the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, while the rest of the country experiences mostly clear skies.
This weather pattern is influenced by a combination of westerly and local winds, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
By this afternoon, hilly areas in Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces will also see partly cloudy skies, while other regions remain mostly clear.
There is a chance of light rainfall accompanied by lightning in isolated hilly areas, along with light snowfall in some high-altitude regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
Tonight, partly cloudy conditions will persist in the hilly areas of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, while the rest of the country remains mostly clear.
Light rainfall with lightning is possible in one or two places in the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
