KATHMANDU: The Teachers’ Federation held a sit-in at the CPN-UML party office in Chyasal as part of the first phase of its protest campaign.
The demonstration began at 11:00 am and will continue until 1:00 pm. The federation will also submit a memorandum to party officials.
The federation had staged a similar protest at the Nepali Congress office yesterday. They have also announced that on September 29, a sit-in will be held at the CPN-Maoist Centre’s central office in Paris Danda as part of the ongoing campaign.
