KATHMANDU: Three committees of the Federal Parliament are meeting today—the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, the Legislative Management Committee, and the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee.
The State Affairs and Good Governance Committee was scheduled to move forward with the election process for its chairperson. However, Nepali Congress MP Ishwori Neupane has already been elected unopposed to the post.
Meanwhile, the Legislative Management Committee will hold a clause-wise discussion on the Federal Civil Service Bill, 2080.
The Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee is set to discuss its Sixth Annual Report for 2081/82.
