YCL protests demanding PM and Home Minister’s resignation

KATHMANDU: The youth wing of the Maoist Centre, Young Communist League (YCL), staged a protest at Maitighar demanding the resignation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.

Protesters held placards with slogans such as “Incompetent Prime Minister, Resign!”, “Resign, Incompetent Home Minister!”, “Down with the Traitor Government!”, and “Shame on the Human Trafficking Government!”

The demonstration comes amid mounting pressure over the visit visa scandal, with YCL accusing the government of failing to take accountability and protect citizens from exploitation.
