NEPSE sees marginal gain



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index recorded a slight increase on Tuesday, rising by 0.85 points to close at 2,675.62.

The day saw trading of 149,993,394 shares, amounting to a total transaction value of Rs 6.52 billion.

Share prices of 85 companies rose while 161 companies saw a decline. A total of 318 companies’ shares were traded 59,633 times throughout the day.

Out of 13 trading groups, six posted gains while the remaining seven recorded losses.
