KATHMANDU: Newly appointed Minister for Youth and Sports Bablu Gupta assumed office at Singha Durbar after taking the oath of office earlier today.
Soon after assuming his post, Minister Gupta made his first decision — to live-stream all meetings held under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
