Four new Ministers expected to take oath today



KATHMANDU: The names of four new ministers to be inducted into the Sushila Karki-led cabinet have been finalized, with preparations underway for their oath-taking today.

The new ministers are Sudha Gautam, Ganapati Lal Shrestha, Khagendra Sunar, and Bablu Gupta. Gautam will head the Ministry of Health and Population, Shrestha has been assigned the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Sunar will lead the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and Gupta will take charge of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Sources confirmed that Prime Minister Sushila Karki has recommended all four names to the President’s Office. “The names of the four ministers have been recommended, and the oath-taking will take place today,” a source said.
