Inmate inside Kailali Prison dies



KAILALI: An inmate inside the Kailali Prison has died. Ramkishan Chaudhary, 56, of Tikapur Municipality-4 in the district, died this afternoon, the prison administration has said.

After complaining of a headache and dizziness, Chaudhary was rushed to the Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi but doctors declared him dead shortly after, said Prison Chief Prakash Dhungana.

He said the cause of death has not been known yet.

Chaudhary was reportedly in prison awaiting a trial in a rape case.
