Lumbini Provincial Assembly meeting taking place today



LUMBINI: The Lumbini Provincial Assembly is meeting today, with the session scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., according to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.

The agenda includes a proposal from Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Dhanendra Karki to discuss the principles and priorities (excluding tax provisions) of the Provincial Appropriation Bill for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 BS.

The policy and program presented earlier by the provincial government was endorsed by the assembly during its session on Saturday.
