Minister Gurung said it while addressing a golden jubilee celebration of a local Bhagawan Basic School at Kirtipurbensi of Dordi rural municipality in the district today.

The government formed by the two major parties would last for three more years, thereby intensifying the development activities across the country, he argued.

He, however, admitted that although it was hyped that the authority of Singh Durbar were devolved to the local levels, the people in villages were still deprived of their rights. So, government is paying attention to it, he added.

According to him, the government brought the ordinances in the wake of not having House sessions. These ordinances were aimed at spurring economic activities and bringing in investments.

Also the spokesperson of the government, the Communications Minister Gurung said the present government would continue intact unless Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and UML Chairman and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli face any difference.
