KATHMANDU: The weather is expected to remain generally cloudy today in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudur Paschim provinces, and partly cloudy in the hilly regions of the country.
According to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely in some areas of the hilly regions of these provinces, and at a few places elsewhere across the country.
The Department’s bulletin also notes a chance of light rain and snowfall at a few locations in the high hilly and mountainous regions. Tonight, the weather is expected to remain generally cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati provinces, and partly cloudy in the rest of the country.
Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely at some places in Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati, and at a few places in other provinces. The Department also stated that the influence of the monsoon has weakened as of today.
