Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 137.96 and the selling rate is Rs 138.56.

The buying rate of one euro is Rs 161.78 and the selling rate is Rs 162.48. Similarly, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling is Rs 186.70 and the selling rate is Rs 187.51, while the buying and selling rates for one Swiss franc are Rs 173.86 and Rs 174.62 respectively.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is Rs 90.96 and the selling rate is Rs 91.35. One Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs 101.56 and sold at Rs 102. The buying and selling rates for one Singapore dollar are Rs 108 and Rs 108.47 respectively.

Likewise, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.43 and the selling rate is Rs 9.47. The buying rate of one Chinese yuan is Rs 19.26 and the selling rate is Rs 19.35.

One Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at Rs 36.77 and sold at Rs 36.93. Similarly, the buying and selling rates of one Qatari riyal are Rs 37.85 and Rs 38.01 respectively.

The buying rate of one Thai baht is Rs 4.29 and the selling rate is Rs 4.31. One UAE dirham is being bought at Rs 37.56 and sold at Rs 37.72. The buying and selling rates of one Malaysian ringgit are Rs 32.63 and Rs 32.87 respectively.

The buying rate of 100 South Korean won is Rs 10.03 and the selling rate is Rs 10.07. Likewise, the buying and selling rates of one Swedish krona are Rs 14.51 and Rs 14.57 respectively, and for one Danish krone, Rs 21.67 and Rs 21.77.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar is Rs 17.57 and the selling rate is Rs 17.65. One Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs 452.11 and sold at Rs 454.70.

The buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is Rs 365.96, while one Omani rial is being bought at Rs 358.33 and sold at Rs 359.89.

The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been set at Rs 160, while the selling rate is Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates are subject to revision at any time as needed. Exchange rates set by commercial banks may vary, and the updated rates can be found on the central bank’s official website.
