Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has released the official foreign exchange rates for Thursday.

As per the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs. 136.38 and the selling rate at Rs. 136.98. Similarly, the buying rate of one euro is Rs. 155.40, with the selling rate at Rs. 156.08.

One pound sterling is being bought at Rs. 181.41 and sold at Rs. 182.20, while the buying and selling rates for one Swiss franc stand at Rs. 165.58 and Rs. 166.31, respectively.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is Rs. 87.37, and the selling rate is Rs. 87.76. One Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs. 98.59 and sold at Rs. 99.02. For the Singapore dollar, the buying rate is Rs. 104.00, and the selling rate is Rs. 104.46.

Among Asian currencies, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs. 9.61 and the selling rate is Rs. 9.65. One Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs. 18.71 and sold at Rs. 18.79.

Similarly, the Saudi Arabian riyal has a buying rate of Rs. 36.36 and a selling rate of Rs. 36.52, while the Qatari riyal is being bought at Rs. 37.31 and sold at Rs. 37.48.

The buying rate of one Thai baht stands at Rs. 4.09, with a selling rate of Rs. 4.10. The UAE dirham is being bought at Rs. 37.13 and sold at Rs. 37.29.

One Malaysian ringgit is priced at Rs. 31.06 for buying and Rs. 31.20 for selling. For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is Rs. 9.59 and the selling rate is Rs. 9.63.

The Swedish kronor has a buying rate of Rs. 14.23 and a selling rate of Rs. 14.29, while the Danish kronor is priced at Rs. 20.82 for buying and Rs. 20.91 for selling. One Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs. 17.58 and sold at Rs. 17.65.

Among Gulf currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of Rs. 445.31 and a selling rate of Rs. 447.27. The Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs. 361.83 and sold at Rs. 363.42. Similarly, the Omani rial has a buying rate of Rs. 354.24 and a selling rate of Rs. 355.80.

Additionally, the buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is fixed at Rs. 160.00, while the selling rate is Rs. 160.15.
