Rastriya Swatantra Party holds parliamentary meeting to discuss Aviation Bills



KATHMANDU: The parliamentary party of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is holding a meeting at its parliamentary office in Singha Durbar.

According to Acting Vice President Dol Prasad Aryal, the meeting aims to formulate the party’s stance on the ‘Civil Aviation Authority Bill’ and the ‘Nepal Air Services Authority Bill’.

Aryal stated that the process of gathering expert and stakeholder opinions on the two aviation bills began earlier this afternoon.

The parliamentary meeting was convened immediately afterward to deliberate on the insights received.

The meeting comes as the government moves forward with legislative efforts to reform the aviation sector.

The proposed bills aim to strengthen aviation governance and improve air service management in Nepal.
