Two parliamentary committees to hold meetings today



KAHTMANDU: Two committees under the Federal Parliament are scheduled to hold meetings today.

The Law, Justice, and Human Rights Committee and the Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee are scheduled to meet.

The Law, Justice, and Human Rights Committee will convene at 11 am in the committee’s meeting room at Singha Durbar.

The agenda includes discussions on the reports from the subcommittees formed to monitor police detention sites in various districts of the Sudurpaschim, Madhesh, and Lumbini provinces.

Similarly, the Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee will meet at 1 pm at Singha Durbar.

The meeting will focus on the clause-wise discussion of the Shaheed Dashrath Chand University of Health Sciences Bill, 2080.
