LISBON: For the first time, a Nepali embassy has been established in Portugal. A team of employees from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has started providing services after the establishment of the embassy in the capital Lisbon.

According to the Embassy, the mobile service, which started on Friday, has started the service of verifying about 200 documents including police character certificate (police report).

During the camp period, the Embassy will provide consular services related to verification of police character certificates, relation verification certificates, birth registration, marriage registration and other documents other than the verification of power of attorney.

Similarly, the ready-made passports of the service seekers who have applied for electronic passports during the mobile camp operated earlier will be distributed, while digital photo and finger prints will be collected again for the service seekers who could not prepare their passports due to various reasons in the earlier camp.
