Water level rises in Bagmati, Department urges caution



KATHMANDU: The water level in the Bagmati River has risen following continuous rainfall in Kathmandu.

According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the water level at the Gaurighat Hydrological Station in Kathmandu crossed the alert mark at 12:05 AM.

The Department has urged people living near the riverbanks and those traveling along the riverside to exercise caution.
