KATHMANDU: The government has removed Hitendra Dev Shakya from his position as Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).
Shakya has been transferred to a senior-level position at the Water and Energy Commission. Former Deputy Executive Director Manoj Silwal has been appointed as the new Executive Director of NEA.
