Norvic Hospital raises salaries for nursing staff



KATHMANDU: Norvic International Hospital has increased the salaries of its nursing staff, setting the minimum monthly pay for nurses with a bachelor’s degree at Rs 37,000.

According to the hospital, the decision came into effect on October 18 and marks the second salary revision for nursing employees in the current fiscal year.

Issuing a statement, the hospital said the raise recognises the dedication and service of nurses who work tirelessly in patient care.

Norvic also commended the compassion and professionalism shown by its nursing and medical staff during the recent treatment of those injured in the Gen-Z protests, which the hospital provided free of cost.
