Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for Sunday.

The buying rate for 1 US dollar is Rs 136.30, and the selling rate is Rs 136.90. The euro stands at Rs 155.03 for buying and Rs 155.71 for selling. The British pound is set at Rs 180.96 (buying) and Rs 181.76 (selling), while the Swiss franc is Rs 166.58 and Rs 167.31 respectively.

The Australian dollar is at Rs 86.89 for buying and Rs 87.27 for selling.

The rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.58 and Rs 9.62. The Chinese yuan stands at Rs 18.66 and Rs 18.75.

The Saudi riyal is Rs 36.33 and Rs 36.49, and the Qatari riyal is Rs 37.39 and Rs 37.56.

The Hong Kong dollar is Rs 17.56 and Rs 17.64. The Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 444.54 (buying) and Rs 446.50 (selling). The Bahraini dinar is Rs 361.61 and Rs 363.20.

For 100 Indian rupees, the buying rate is Rs 160.00 and the selling rate is Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised as needed. Rates at commercial banks may differ based on market conditions.
