PM to take questions from 10 lawmakers, won’t provide clarifications of answers



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli faced direct questions from ten lawmakers during a meeting of the House of Representatives on Thursday.

Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced that ten lawmakers had been given time to question the Prime Minister, but clarified that they would not be allowed to seek further clarifications after receiving answers.

The question-asking session began with MP Bhagwati Chaudhary posing the first question. Earlier, MP Prabhu Sah had demanded the dismissal of the questioning session, arguing that it was not justified. However, the process proceeded as scheduled.
