UML Chairman Oli to hold press conference today

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to hold a press conference today, marking his first formal interaction with the media since the change in government following the Gen-Z movement.

The press conference will take place at 1:00 PM at Hotel A-One Venue, located at Koteshwar Chowk. Initially, the event was planned to be held at Rambagh Mahal in Lalitpur, where the party’s recent Central Committee meeting was also conducted.

During the concluding session of Friday’s Central Committee meeting, Oli had indirectly hinted at a favorable stance toward the renewal of former President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s party membership. This move reportedly caused other party leaders with differing views to put their preparations on hold.
