KATHMANDU: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology’s Weather Forecasting Division has stated that the country is currently experiencing a partial effect of the westerly wind along with local winds.
According to the Division, the weather is partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati provinces, while the rest of the country remains mainly clear.
This afternoon, the weather is expected to be partly to generally cloudy in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, while the rest of the country will remain partly cloudy to mainly clear.
There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, along with light snowfall at one or two locations in the high hilly and mountainous areas.
Tonight, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, while the rest of the country will remain mainly clear.
There is also a possibility of light snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki and Karnali provinces.
