Gold price drops by Rs 3,800 per tola in local market



KATHMANDU: The price of gold declined in the domestic market on Tuesday, falling by Rs 3,800 per tola compared to the previous trading day.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 239,500 per tola today. On Monday, the price stood at Rs 243,300 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased. Silver is currently being traded at Rs 3,090 per tola.

The drop in both gold and silver prices comes amid fluctuations in the international bullion market, which continues to influence domestic rates.
