Nepal announces squad for ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 in UAE



KATHMANDU: Nepal has announced its final squad for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 series, scheduled to take place in the UAE from October 26 to November 5. A 15-member team has been named under the leadership of captain Rohit Paudel.

Vice-captain duties will be handled by Dipendra Singh Airee. Regular players such as Sandeep Lamichhane, Asif Sheikh, Kushal Bhurtel, Sompal Kami, and Karan KC are included in the squad.

The team also features Nandan Yadav, Bhim Sharki, Kushal Malla, Arif Sheikh, Lalit Rajbanshi, Gulshan Jha, and Shahab Alam. Anil Shah has returned to the squad as well.

Nepal will compete against the UAE and the USA in this series.
