Top leaders of major parties to hold meeting today



KATHMANDU: A high-level meeting of top leaders from Nepal’s three major political parties is scheduled to take place today to discuss ongoing political developments.

The meeting, set for 3 pm at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar, will be attended by Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

The leaders are expected to discuss the current obstruction in the House of Representatives by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) as well as other pressing political issues.
