KATHMANDU: Today’s meeting of the House of Representatives has commenced, albeit with a slight delay from its scheduled 11:00 am start.
Immediately upon the session’s opening, both the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) began obstructing parliamentary proceedings.
