KATHMANDU: The Tribhuvan University (TU) has directed 15 of its affiliate campuses to proceed with the Free Students Union (FSU) election.

The TU Free Students Union Election Central Monitoring and Coordination Committee Member-Secretary Pashupati Adhikari sent a letter to the heads of the campuses directing them to proceed with the election process immediately.

The heads of the campuses have been urged to reach an understanding with the relevant parties and proceed with the election process.

Among them, six are campuses in Kathmandu Valley and nine outside the Valley.

The FSU elections have been announced for Tuesday in the constituent campuses and affiliated campuses under the Tribhuvan University.
