Meetings of two parliamentary committees taking place today



KATHMANDU: Two committees of the Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet today.

The Finance Committee and the Legislative Management Committee will hold separate sessions.

The Finance Committee will convene at Singha Durbar at 8 a.m. to discuss the bill amending and consolidating customs laws, examining it clause by clause.

Meanwhile, the Legislative Management Committee will meet at Singha Durbar at 1 p.m. to review the draft report of the Banking Offences and Punishments (Second Amendment) Bill, 2080.
