ICC Congratulates CAN on Successful Completion of Nepal Premier League



KATHMANDU: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has extended its congratulations to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) for the successful completion of the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).

In a letter addressed to CAN Chair Chatur Bahadur Chand, ICC Chair Jay Shah commended the association for organizing the event and expressed confidence that CAN would reach new heights under Chand’s leadership.

Shah noted that the NPL not only helps in producing emerging cricket talent but also strengthens Nepal’s presence on the international stage. He further praised the league’s management and the quality of the matches, describing them as an exemplary standard.

The ICC Chair wished CAN continued success in promoting cricket and advancing its development across Nepal.
