UML 11th Convention: Here’s how the Oli and Pokhrel panels currently look



KATHMANDU: As the CPN-UML 11th National Convention approaches, both KP Sharma Oli and Ishwar Pokhrel factions have begun finalising their panels. Here’s a snapshot of the current status of each team.

Oli Panel

  • Chairperson: KP Sharma Oli
  • General Secretary: Shankar Pokhrel (incumbent, finalised)
  • Vice-Chairs:
    • Pradeep Gyawali (confirmed)
    • Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’
    • Bishnu Paudel
    • Prithvi Subba Gurung
    • Guru Baral (may step aside if Padma Aryal is appointed as female Vice-Chair)
  • Deputy General Secretaries:
    • Bishnu Rimal (continuing)
    • Bhanubhakt Dhakal (new)
    • Raghubir Mahaseth (previously secretary, new promotion)
  • Secretaries:
