Mechi Highway reopens after 11 days



KATHMANDU: The temporary diversion over the Jogmai River, connecting Maijogmai Rural Municipality-4 Namsaling and Ilam Municipality-10 Godak along the Mechi Highway, has been completed.

With the completion of the diversion on Wednesday, vehicles have resumed movement through the Rajduwali section, which serves as an alternative route of the highway.
