Gold and silver prices up



KATHMANDU: Prices of gold and silver in the Nepali market recorded a slight increase on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The price of gold rose by Rs 100 per tola compared to the previous day, reaching Rs 215,200 per tola. On Sunday, gold had been traded at Rs 215,100 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver climbed to Rs 2,575 per tola on Monday, up from Rs 2,570 per tola the previous day, the federation said.
