Eight arrested with 730 rounds of ammunition in Banepa



KATHMANDU: Eight individuals have been arrested with 730 rounds of ammunition in Banepa Municipality-9, Kavre.

According to the Central Police Newsroom, those arrested include 26-year-old Sijan Suwal, 28-year-old Subash Gautam, an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old minor, 20-year-old Mahesh Mukhiya from Bara, 24-year-old Sushant Lo from Bakaiya Rural Municipality-6 in Makawanpur, 21-year-old Timothee Tamang from Temal Rural Municipality-2, and 34-year-old Achhut Khadka from Panauti Municipality-10.

They were apprehended on Saturday night by a police team from the Kavre District Police Office, Shanibare.
