Parliamentary committees to meet today, Education Bill and Judicial Hearings on agenda

KATHMANDU: Two committees under the Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet on Saturday.

The Education, Health and Information Technology Committee will convene at 11 a.m. at Singha Durbar. The meeting will focus on discussing the subcommittee’s report on the School Education Bill, 2080.

Likewise, the Parliamentary Hearing Committee (Joint) will meet at 2 p.m. in the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee hall at Singha Durbar.

Preparations are underway to initiate the parliamentary hearing for Supreme Court judges and members of the Judicial Council during the session.
