Australian Ambassador Leann Johnston pays farewell courtesy call to Home Minister Aryal



KATHMANDU: Australian Ambassador to Nepal Leann Johnston on Thursday met Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal for a farewell courtesy call at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

During the meeting, the two discussed bilateral relations, mutual interests, and areas of cooperation between Nepal and Australia, according to Ministry spokesperson Ananda Bhattarai.

Minister Aryal thanked Ambassador Johnston for her successful tenure. Johnston assumed her role as Australian Ambassador to Nepal on September 12, 2024.
