Gold price hits all-time high

Gold priced at Rs. 186,000 per tola in Nepal today



KATHMANDU: The price of gold has reached a new record high today, after rising by a total of Rs. 9,600 per tola over the past two days.

Gold prices surged by Rs. 5,700 per tola on Thursday and Rs. 3,900 on Friday. Today, the price increased by another Rs. 1,000 per tola, setting a new all-time high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, gold is now priced at Rs. 186,000 per tola. On Friday, it was trading at Rs. 185,000 per tola.

Silver prices have also seen an uptick, rising by Rs. 55 per tola today to reach Rs. 1,960.
