KATHMANDU: Legendary Pakistani ghazal singer Ghulam Ali has arrived in Nepal.
Ghulam Ali arrived in Nepal via Dubai, accompanied by his 11-member band.
He landed in Kathmandu on Thursday evening for his upcoming performance at the Ghulam Ali: Three Generations on One Stage event, set to take place on Saturday in Pulchowk, Lalitpur.
The event is being organized by Sadhana Kala Kendra.
The concert will also feature performances by his son, Amir, and grandson, Nazir, making it a special three-generation musical experience.
This marks his first-ever performance in the country.
Ghazal singer Ali has also sung songs and ghazals in Nepali language including the very popular ‘Gajalu Ti Thula thula Aankha’, ‘Kina Kina Timro Tasbir, ‘Lolaeka Ti Thula’, ‘Ke Chha Ra Diun’, and ‘Nidharma’.
