KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel, on the recommendation of the Cabinet, has issued four ordinances.
These include the Ordinance 2081 for amending certain Nepal laws related to promoting good governance and public service delivery, as per Article 114(1) of Nepal’s Constitution.
Additionally, Ordinance 2081 for the first amendment to the Financial Procedures and Financial Accountability Act, Ordinance 2081 for the first amendment to the Privatization Act, and Ordinance 2081 for amending certain Nepal laws related to economic and business environment improvements and investment promotion have also been issued.
