Nepali Communist Party to welcome Bhim Rawal today



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Communist Party is set to formally welcome Bhim Rawal into the party on Wednesday.

According to the private secretariat of party coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Rawal, along with members of his Motherland Awakening Campaign, Nepal, will be welcomed at a special event this afternoon.

The Nepali Communist Party has announced a grand party integration program to mark the occasion. The event will begin at 2 PM at the Rastriya Sabha Griha (City Hall) in Exhibition Road, Kathmandu.

Party insiders said the integration aims to incorporate the organizational networks and influence of the Motherland Awakening Campaign in Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces into the party’s political structure, strengthening its grassroots base in those regions.

Coordinator Prachanda, Co-coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal, and Bhim Rawal are scheduled to address the event.
