Prohibitory order and night curfew to continue today in Kathmandu Valley



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Army (NA) has said that a prohibitory order will be enforced today from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by a curfew starting at 7:00 p.m. that will last throughout the night.

These restrictions will continue today in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.

According to a press release from Army Headquarters, the prohibitory order will be in effect on September 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the curfew resuming at 7:00 p.m. for the entire night.

The army further stated that movement for essential purposes will be allowed between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and again from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
