The coach is also expected to possess strong knowledge of cricket culture, women’s cricket structures, and fluency in English. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Nepalese and associate-level cricket.

The selected coach will receive full board accommodation in Nepal, a competitive salary, and team travel allowances.
