Khandbari Municipality offices to remain closed for two days



SANKHUWASABHA: In light of the ongoing nationwide unrest, Khandbari Municipality has announced the closure of its offices for two days.

According to a notice issued by the municipality, all municipal offices and subordinate bodies—excluding essential services—will remain closed on Thursday and Friday.

Mayor Mahesh Thapaliya apologized for any inconvenience caused to service recipients during this period and appealed to residents to remain calm and patient.

He stated that the decision was made considering the challenging situation created by the ongoing movement and assured that regular services will resume from Sunday, provided the situation improves.
