Two workers injured in ‘Shandar Momo’ shop gas explosion die



KATHMANDU: Two individuals who were injured in last week’s gas explosion at the ‘Shandar Momo’ shop in Kamalpokhari have passed away.

Rabin Rai and Bhim Bahadur Ghale, who sustained injuries in the blast, died while receiving treatment at Kirtipur Burn Hospital, according to the District Police Range, Kathmandu.

SP Apilraj Bohara confirmed that the two victims succumbed to their injuries on Monday.

A total of eleven people were seriously injured in the explosion at the momo shop last Thursday and are currently receiving treatment at Kirtipur Hospital.
