Aaha Rara Gold Cup: Thunderbolt and Black Bulls set to compete today

POKHARA: The fourth and final quarterfinal match of the 24th edition of the Aaha Rara Pokhara Gold Cup football tournament is scheduled for today.

The match, set to kick off at 2:30 PM at Pokhara Stadium in Kaski, will feature Thunderbolt North United Sikkim facing Black Bulls Football Club of Uzbekistan.

Thunderbolt secured their spot in the semifinals after defeating Sankata and receiving a bye from Black Bulls FC.

Earlier, Church Boys United triumphed over Tribhuvan Army, Three Star defeated Machhindra, and Brigade Boys Club UK overcame Nepal Police to secure their places in the semifinals.

The winner of the tournament, which features 12 teams, including 3 international and 9 domestic teams, will receive a prize of NPR 1.2 million, while the runner-up will be awarded NPR 600,000. The final match will take place on February 15.
