Hospital building constructed at cost of Rs 60 million

MYAGDI: A new hospital building has been completed at a cost of Rs 60 million in Histan Aula, Ward No. 7 of Annapurna Rural Municipality.

The facility, built under the Intensive Urban Development and Building Project, will house a five-bed hospital.

Ward Chair Mailan Pun said the new structure was constructed after the previous health post building in Aula was deemed vulnerable to landslides. Preparations are currently underway to begin providing services from the new building.

The facility also includes accommodation for medical staff and employees. Five local residents, including Harka Bahadur Garbuja, collectively donated five ropanis of land for the project.
