Protesters attack Gautam Buddha International Airport, set vehicles on fire



KATHMANDU: Protesters have attacked Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa, setting fire to vehicles in the airport parking area.

Airport General Manager Pratap Babu Tiwari confirmed that five four-wheeled and two two-wheeled vehicles were damaged in the incident.

He added that critical airport infrastructure was not significantly affected.
