Mayor Balen urges Gen-Z protesters to exercise restraint



KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah has called on Gen-Z protesters to show restraint amid the ongoing unrest. In a message shared on social media, Shah appealed for calm as tensions escalate across the country.

“You and I must now exercise restraint. It is your generation that will have to lead the nation from here on,” he wrote. “Be prepared.”
